NECA makes some of the nicest collectibles on the market. Th
e action figures they make are highly detailed and just downright cool. I have been impressed with everything I have seen from NECA from figures to clothing, so when I first saw their line of Scalers I knew I needed to have them. Scalers are small, collectible figures that you can hang from cords, lanyards or shoelaces.
These Scalers are approximately 2 inches long and are highly detailed. Currently into a successful fourth series these collectible figures are perfect for personalizing your workspace, jazzing up your car or hanging from your earbuds at the gym. The Scalers are non-poseable hard plastic with hands that can be clipped to cords.
Previous releases have included everything from horror to science fiction and video games. Past figures have included Freddy from Nightmare on Elm Street, Jason from Friday the 13th, Superman, 1960’s Batman, a Xenomorph from Alien, a Predator, Gollum from Lord of the Rings and many other iconic characters from pop culture. More Scalers are being released all the time so it isn’t too late to begin your very own Scalers’ collection.
The fourth series includes figures from the hit summer movie, The Avengers: Age of Ultron and include Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, the Hulk and Ultron. Other figures in this series are the ever lovable and slightly crazy Harley Quinn and Batman the Dark Knight. I can’t say it enough; these are great looking little figures. Hell, I can’t wait for the Ant-Man figure because it will be almost to scale. The Scalers are recommended for collectors 8+ and the line retails for $4.99, making them easy to collect.
