I do so enjoy meeting like-minded people. \u00a0Toy Fair and conventio\"IMG_6564\"<\/a><\/span>ns are great places to meet people with similar interests but when you meet someone who shares your opinion on a subject it is (to steal a phrase), priceless. The folks over at A Crowded Coop and I are definitely on the same page when it comes to licensed products. A Crowded Coop believes that a product from, let\u2019s say, Portal, doesn\u2019t need to say \u201cPortal\u201d on it as long as the people who want it know what it is from. You don\u2019t need a \u201cStarfleet Academy\u201d shirt to have \u201cStar Trek\u201d on it because if you know Starfleet you know it is from Star Trek.<\/span><\/p>\n

I like that they are making products this way. Some people, myself included, like to pretend we are in that fantasy world. A Crowded Coop has a line of products from hot properties such as Halo, Portal 2 and Fortress 2 to name just a few and I found myself wanting one of everything. My favorite item, which is \u201ccoming soon\u201d, is an ammo box lunch box from Halo with a reusable MRE (Meal Ready to Eat) sandwich bag. Can\u2019t wait to show up at the park with my lunch in that\u2026I expect the cops will be called; it looks that real.<\/span><\/p>\n

A Crowded Coop doesn\u2019t just have gear for your geek side; they carry gear to give your pets the geek cred they deserve. A Crowded Coop has a full line of Star Trek products including collars and a Command Chair pet bed for your furry kids. All I can say if my cats aren\u2019t going to use the Command Chair I will sit in it while I play on my PS3. A Crowded Coop also offers an Elvis line of pet products to make your four legged friends say, \u201cThank you\u2026thank you very much!\u201d (yes I went there).<\/span><\/p>\n

I positively loved everything that I saw at the A Crowded Coop and if I had my way I would buy it all. From key rings to bags and even pet collars I think I should just have every future paycheck made out to A Crowded Coop to save a step.
