Walker Stalker Con started on Friday at the Donald Stevenson Convention Ce\"BithNm_CcAAjyT0\"<\/a><\/span>nter in Rosemont, Illinois just outside Chicago. The guest line up is phenomenal with cast members not just from The Walking Dead but from the WB hit, Arrow. The first day, although a weekday still had a pretty decent turnout.<\/span><\/p>\n

I was impressed with the accessibility of the talent. Some of the cast members from The Walking Dead were just super friendly. I never expected to get a hug from IronE Singleton (T-Dog) or have Jose Pablo Cantillo (Martinez) have his friend take a photo of us together. I really enjoyed having a conversation with Lew Temple (Axel) about the difference between a Geek, a Nerd and a Dork. I was really amazed about how much time some of the talent took with fans. There was a lot of love on both sides of the tables.<\/span><\/p>\n

The dealer\u2019s room was filled with zombie themed products and some great artists but not really much else. I felt that the dealer\u2019s room could have been bigger but this is a niche market. The dealer\u2019s room was not the big draw for this convention it was, as I mentioned before, the amazing guest list.<\/span><\/p>\n
