Back in 1982 when the first Blade Runner movie \"\"<\/a>came out there weren\u2019t many toys made for the movie. I believe the only company that had the license to do toys was Ertl which produced die-cast metal cars. There were no Blade Runner action figures made for the 1982 movie. Over the years there have been non-licensed figures produced but nothing official. These non-licensed figures were labeled \u201cAndroid Hunter\u201d and were ridiculously expensive. Now 35 years later we have a sequel to Blade Runner and with the new movie, a new line of toys.<\/p>\n

NECA has scored the license for Blade Runner 2049, the highly anticipated sequel to the Ridley Scott masterpiece, Blade Runner. The first figures released are Deckard and Officer K. Each one of these figures stands approximately 7 inches tall and comes with sidearm accessory. These action figures are highly detailed and very poseable.<\/p>\n

The sculpt of the Deckard figure truly captures the likeness of Harrison Ford. I have never seen a figure at this price point that looked so much like him. Sure if you look at the figures that cost hundreds of dollars you can find a perfect likeness but this figure is under 25 bucks and still looks great.<\/p>\n

Deckard comes with his sidearm and is fully poseable. The points of articulation are:<\/p>\n

The second figure in the first series is Officer \u201cK\u201d, which sounds like it might be a code name for the character\u2019s real name. \u201cK\u201d (Ryan Gosling) is the detective who is tasked with finding Deckard. The figure of Officer \u201cK\u201d really looks like Ryan Gosling. This figure, like the Deckard figure, is highly detailed. Even his coat and shoes have excellent detail. Officer<\/p>\n

\u201cK\u201d comes with sidearm accessory.<\/p>\n

The \u201cK\u201d figure is also extremely poseable. The points of articulation are:
