Nothing is ever exactly as it seems when\"\"<\/a> \u201cThe Goldfinch\u201d arrives on Blu-ray, DVD and Digital. A beautifully wrought coming-of-age story, intimate in its emotion and sweeping in its design, \u201cThe Goldfinch\u201d is the film adaptation based on the Pulitzer Prize winning book of the same name.<\/p>\n

Directed by BAFTA Award winner John Crowley (\u201cBrooklyn,\u201d \u201cClosed Circuit\u201d), the film features a multigenerational cast led by Ansel Elgort (\u201cBaby Driver,\u201d \u201cThe Fault in Our Stars\u201d) as Theo Decker and Academy Award winner Nicole Kidman (\u201cThe Hours,\u201d TV\u2019s \u201cBig Little Lies\u201d) as Mrs. Barbour. The film also stars Oakes Fegley (\u201cPete\u2019s Dragon,\u201d \u201cWonderstruck\u201d) as Young Theo, Aneurin Barnard (\u201cDunkirk,\u201d TV\u2019s \u201cThe White Queen\u201d) as Boris, Finn Wolfhard (TV\u2019s \u201cStranger Things,\u201d \u201cIT\u201d) as Young Boris, Sarah Paulson (\u201cThe Post,\u201d TV\u2019s \u201cAmerican Crime Story\u201d) as Xandra, Luke Wilson (\u201cThe Royal Tenenbaums,\u201d \u201cLegally Blonde\u201d) as Larry and Jeffrey Wright (TV\u2019s \u201cWestworld,\u201d \u201cThe Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 1\u201d) as Hobie.<\/p>\n

Rounding out the main ensemble cast are Ashleigh Cummings (TV\u2019s \u201cMiss Fisher\u2019s Murder Mysteries\u201d) as Pippa, Willa Fitzgerald (\u201cLittle Women\u201d) as Kitsey Barbour, Aimee Laurence (TV\u2019s \u201cChicago P.D.\u201d) as Young Pippa, Denis O\u2019Hare (TV\u2019s \u201cAmerican Horror Story\u201d) as Lucius Reeve and Boyd Gaines (\u201cDriving Miss Daisy\u201d) as Mr. Barbour.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Goldfinch\u201d is produced by Nina Jacobson and Brad Simpson. Mari Jo Winkler-Ioffreda, Kevin McCormick, Sue Kroll and Courtenay Valenti served as executive producers. The screenplay is by Oscar nominee Peter Straughan (\u201cTinker Tailor Soldier Spy\u201d), based on the novel by Donna Tartt.<\/p>\n

The behind-the-scenes creative team included Oscar-winning director of photography Roger Deakins (\u201cBlade Runner 2049\u201d), Oscar-nominated production designer K.K. Barrett (\u201cHer\u201d), editor Kelley Dixon (TV\u2019s \u201cBreaking Bad\u201d) and costume designer Kasia Walicka Maimone (\u201cBridge of Spies\u201d). The music is by Trevor Gureckis (TV\u2019s \u201cBloodline\u201d).<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Goldfinch\u201d is a presentation of Warner Bros. Pictures, in association with Amazon Studios, a Color Force Production, a John Crowley Film.<\/p>\n

The film will be available on Blu-ray and DVD on December 3. The Blu-ray features a Blu-ray disc with the film and special features in hi-definition and a digital version of the movie. The DVD features the film in standard definition and a digital version of the movie.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Goldfinch\u201d will also be available on Movies Anywhere. Using the free Movies Anywhere app and website, consumers can access all their eligible movies by connecting their Movies Anywhere account with their participating digital retailer accounts.<\/p>\n

Fans can also own \u201cThe Goldfinch\u201d via purchase from digital retailers beginning November 19.<\/p>\n
