I have found that when you see something \"\"<\/a>announced online or at Toy Fair there is a chance the toy you want may never go into production.  There were some items I had seen over the years that I fell in love with and sadly they never made it past the prototype phase. It is frustrating as a fan to have that happen and I am sure it is worse for the toy company. Well regarding the Lost in Space figures the figures the wait is over…the figures are coming!<\/p>\n

When the Netflix Lost in Space figures were shown at New York Toy Fair back in 2019 I could barely contain my excitement and if remember correctly the display was cardboard cut-outs. The following year at Toy Fair the folks at Well Played Toys had actual prototypes but what they didn\u2019t have was a release date. Sadly we all know that there wasn\u2019t a Toy Fair for 2021, also we still didn\u2019t have a release date.<\/p>\n

Now it is July of 2021 and after two years of hoping, Well Played Toys has announced the first release from the Lost in Space line. This first release is a 2-pack featuring Will Robinson (played by Maxwell Jenkins) and the Robot (played by Brian Steele). This set is available for pre-order on the Walmart website<\/a> and was part of their Walmart Collector Con<\/a> which began yesterday.<\/p>\n
