The vinyl collector craze began around 2010\"\"<\/a> when Funko released the first figure in their \u201cPop\u201d line. The appeal of collecting these big-eyed statues was that they were inexpensive and as the product line grew there was literally something for everyone. Over the years other companies produced vinyl figures but none of them had something that set them apart, something unique enough to be a hit, until Handmade by Robots came along.<\/p>\n

What set them apart was that they looked like they were knitted. Honestly, the first time I saw them I was surprised to find they weren\u2019t some sort of plush toy, they look that good! The folks over at Handmade by Robots sent an announcement for a limited edition Ghost Face from the motion picture Scream.
