This reimagining marks a meaningful moment in 12on12\u2019s ongoing relationship with Grandmaster Flash\u2019s cultural legacy, one that\u2019s been embedded in the brand\u2019s creative DNA from the beginning. His influence has shaped several of 12on12\u2019s defining projects, including the Run DMC edition, which featured the early track \u201cSuperrappin\u2019\u201d by Grandmaster Flash and the Furious Five. Notably, in the seminal Nas x Futura Hip Hop 50 collaboration, the triptych vinyl artwork Future Looks for Flash portrayed a robotic DJ inspired by Flash himself, with the title borrowed as a direct tribute to his trailblazing role in hip-hop and DJ culture. With this reimagination of \u201cThe Message,\u201d12on12 deepens its commitment to honouring and reimagining cultural milestones through original, artist-driven storytelling.<\/p>\n
