A spirited Americana track, &#8220;Quill&#8221; is performed by Matthew McConaughey and Ben Hardesty of The Last Bison, with vocals by Miranda Zickler, Angelina LookingGlass, and Andrea Pister. Written by Hardesty and produced by Blake Neely at Cow on the Wall Studios (COWS), the song offers a first taste of the film&#8217;s roots-infused musical landscape.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Hardesty is the founding member and frontman of The Last Bison, whose cinematic approach to songwriting expands into film composition with his work on The Rivals of Amziah King. Formed in Chesapeake, Virginia, The Last Bison broke onto the national music scene in 2012 with its blend of folk, chamber pop, and orchestral instrumentation. Drawing comparisons to artists including Mumford &amp; Sons, Fleet Foxes, and The Decemberists, the band has continued to build a distinctive sound across multiple acclaimed releases and creative collaborations.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Directed by Andrew Patterson from a screenplay by James Montague, The Rivals of Amziah King stars Academy Award\u00ae winner Matthew McConaughey alongside Angelina LookingGlass, Scott Shepherd, Rob Morgan, Tony Revolori, Cole Sprouse, and Kurt Russell.
