According to reaction on Twitter from Tapping it came as a shock.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Sanctuary joins Eureka and many other popular shows the network cancelled despite large fan followings. As one Syfy star said in a recent interview with this reporter, \u201cSyfy tends to eat its young.\u201d Amanda Tapping\u2019s presence will be missed since she has been a Syfy mainstay for over a decade.
