\nTorres<\/strong>, who played \u201cZo\u00eb Washburne\u201d in Firefly,\u201d and Serenity, will attend Wizard World Philadelphia Comic Con, joining fellow cast members Summer Glau, Adam Baldwin, <\/strong>and Jewel Staite<\/strong> at the event, set for May 30 \u2013 June 2 at the Pennsylvania Convention
\nCenter.<\/p>\n

Torres, a New York native, made her TV debut on \u201cOne Live to Live,\u201d and later played \u201cJasmine\u201d in the series \u201cAngel\u201d before landing the strong role as the First Officer \u201cZo\u00eb.\u201d\u00a0 She also appeared in The Matrix Reloaded, The Matrix: Revolutions and the 2006 political thriller Five Fingers.
\nTorres won the 2001 ALMA Award for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Syndicated
\nDrama Series for \u201cCleopatra 2525\u201d and has done voice work including \u201cVixen\u201d on the Cartoon Network’s \u201cJustice League Unlimited,\u201d \u201cAirachnid\u201d on \u201cTransformers:
\nPrime\u201d and \u201cNiobe\u201d in the computer game \u201cThe Matrix Online.\u201d<\/p>\n

Torres, who has also had roles in \u201cXena,\u201d \u201cHercules\u201d and \u201cAlias,\u201d has been married to
\nveteran actor Laurence Fishburne since 2002.<\/p>\n

At Philadelphia Comic Con, Torres will greet fans, sign autographs, pose for photo ops (solo and with fellow crewmembers) and take part in a Q&A panel with other Serenity
\nstars.<\/p>\n

Other headliners attending include William Shatner<\/strong> (\u201cStar Trek,\u201d \u201cBoston Legal\u201d), Eisner Award Hall of Famer Stan Lee<\/strong>, \u201cThe Walking Dead\u201d trio of Michael Rooker,
\nNorman Reedus <\/strong>and Jon Bernthal<\/strong>, Manu Bennett<\/strong> (\u201cArrow,\u201d The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey), \u201cTorchwood\u201d and Zero Dark Thirty star John Barrowman<\/strong> and WWE\u00ae Superstars John Cena\u00ae <\/strong>and Daniel Bryan\u00ae<\/strong>.\u00a0 Philadelphia
\nComic Con is the third in the 2013 series produced by Wizard World, Inc. (OTCBB:
\nWIZD) and will also feature a top-drawer collection of well-known artists and
\nwriters and a variety of activities, exhibitors and special
\nattractions.<\/p>\n

Superstar comics creators scheduled to attend include\u00a0 Salvador Larroca<\/strong> (\u201cAvengers vs. X-Men,\u201d \u201cCaptain America\u201d), Leinil Yu<\/strong> (\u201cHulk,\u201d \u201cFantastic Four\u201d), Bob Layton<\/strong> (\u201cIron Man,\u201d \u201cUncanny X-Men; Avengers\u201d), Yildiray Cinar<\/strong> (\u201cThe Fury of Firestorm,\u201d \u201cLoSH\u201d) and Barry Kitson<\/strong> (\u201cThor,\u201d \u201cSpider-Man\u201d).<\/p>\n

Additionally, all full price attendees will receive a free copy of the Exclusive Variant Cover of The Walking Dead #1 comic, available only at Wizard World Philadelphia Comic
