On the heels of last week\u2019s start of production in Austin, El Rey Netw\"El<\/a>ork today announced the newest cast members of the highly-anticipated, “From Dusk Till Dawn: The Series,\u201d<\/b> premiering in Q1 2014 on the new English-language cable network.\u00a0 Created in association with FactoryMade Ventures and created and executive produced by network founder and filmmaker Robert Rodriguez, the supernatural crime saga (based on the cult classic film of the same name) will feature Robert Patrick<\/b> (Terminator 2: Judgment Day<\/i>, The X-Files<\/i>) as Jacob Fuller, Madison Davenport<\/b> (Save Me<\/i>, Shameless<\/i>) as Kate Fuller, Brandon Soo Hoo<\/b> (Tropic Thunder, Ender\u2019s Game, Incredible Crew<\/i>) as Scott Fuller and Eiza Gonz\u00e1lez<\/b> (Lola: \u00c9rase Una Vez<\/i>) as Sant\u00e1nico Pandemonium.\u00a0 The 10-episode serialized drama will serve as the first original scripted series to air on the new genre-busting cable network.\u00a0 El Rey Network will debut nationally in December 2013.<\/p>\n

Eiza Gonz\u00e1lez <\/b>recreates the role of Sant\u00e1nico Pandemonium, credited for launching Salma Hayek\u2019s film career.\u00a0 Robert Patrick<\/b> portrays Jacob Fuller, father to Kate Fuller (Davenport<\/b>) and Scott Fuller (Soo Hoo)<\/b>, who are held hostage by main characters, Seth and Richie Gecko and find themselves along for the ride of their life.\u00a0 They join previously announced D.J. Cotrona<\/b> (Dear John, G.I. Joe: Retaliation<\/i>) who plays Seth Gecko, Zane Holtz<\/b> (Holes, The Perks of Being a Wallflower<\/i>) as Richie Gecko; Jesse Garcia<\/b> (Quincea\u00f1era, Sons of Anarchy<\/i>) who plays Texas Ranger Freddie Gonzalez, a new character created for the series, and Don Johnson <\/b>(Django Unchained, Nash Bridges<\/i>) who joins in a recurring role as Sheriff Earl McGraw.<\/p>\n

Based on the thrill-ride film, \u201cFrom Dusk Till Dawn: The Series\u201d is a supernatural crime saga centered around bank robber, Seth Gecko (Cotrona) and his violent, unpredictable brother, Richard \u201cRichie\u201d Gecko (Holtz), who are wanted by the FBI and Texas Rangers Earl McGraw (Johnson) and Freddie Gonzalez (Garcia) after a bank heist left several people dead. While on the run to Mexico, Seth and Richie encounter former minister Jacob Fuller (Patrick) and his family, whom they take hostage.\u00a0 Using the family RV to cross the border, chaos ensues when the group detours to a strip club that is populated by vampires.\u00a0 They are forced to fight until dawn in order to get out alive. The series deepens the tone of the film, adds new characters and backstories and expands the Mesoamerican mythology behind the creatures inside the club.<\/p>\n

Robert Patrick<\/b> has worked with some of the top\u00a0actors and directors in his\u00a0field for the last 20 years. His breakthrough role\u00a0came as the legendary T-1000 in\u00a0Terminator 2 and since then, he has worked on\u00a0iconic films and television shows including\u00a0Die Hard 2, Wayne’s World, Last\u00a0Action Hero, Fire in the Sky, Cop Land, The Faculty,\u00a0Walk the Line, Bridge to\u00a0Terabithia, Spy Kids, Flags of Our Fathers<\/i> and on the television\u00a0hits Sons of Anarchy, The\u00a0Sopranos, The Outer Limits, Elvis, The Unit<\/i> and The X-Files<\/i>. He was seen this past season as a series regular on HBO\u2019s True Blood<\/i> and this past summer in the Radius\/Weinstein feature Lovelace<\/i> opposite Sharon Stone\u00a0and Amanda Seyfried.\u00a0\u00a0Recent films include Universal Picture\u2019s Identity Thief<\/i> with\u00a0Melissa McCarthy and\u00a0Jason Bateman, Warner Bros.\u2019 Gangster Squad<\/i> and Trouble With the Curve<\/i> opposite Clint Eastwood. Patrick also recently wrapped filming on the feature films Endless Lov<\/i>e and The Road Within<\/i>.\u00a0 In October 2012, Robert once again participated in the 29th\u00a0Annual Love Ride-serving as\u00a0Honorary\u00a0Grand Marshal alongside Peter Fonda in the longest running motorcycle charity\u00a0event in the world. \u00a0This year\u2019s event benefited the USO. \u00a0He is also the Charter Holder of Chapter 101 of the Boozefighters Motorcycle\u00a0Club-Chapter 101\u00a0a non-profit group of motorcycle enthusiasts who raise money\u00a0for Veterans and disabled\u00a0Vets. Boozefighters\u00a0Motorcycle\u00a0Club\u00a0is one of the oldest active\u00a0and prestigious motorcycle\u00a0clubs in the World and the only recognized by the\u00a0Harley-Davidson Museum in\u00a0Milwaukee with a permanent display. He currently resides in Los Angeles with his wife Barbara\u00a0and their two children.<\/p>\n

Eiza Gonz\u00e1lez <\/b>is a Mexican singer, songwriter and actress. The 23-year-old actress will co-star in the upcoming Adrian Cervantes-directed comedy, All Hail the Squash Blossom Queen<\/i> and can next be seen in Casi Treinta<\/i> (Almost Thirty), directed by Alejandro Sugich.\u00a0 She has starred in numerous television series, including the hit Lola: \u00c9rase Una Vez<\/i> (Lola: Once Upon a Time) and Nickelodeon’s Suena Conmigo<\/i> (Dream with Me).\u00a0 Eiza recorded five albums for these two series, as well as two other albums as a solo artist.\u00a0 She is signed with Universal Music.\u00a0 Most recently, she starred in Amores Verdaderos<\/i> (True Loves), drawing 7.6 million viewers to the finale, on Univision.\u00a0 Her voiceover credits include DreamWorks’ The Croods <\/i>and Twentieth Century Fox’s Alvin and the Chipmunks <\/i>and Horton Hears a Who!\u00a0 <\/i>She has appeared on hundreds of magazine covers, including last month’s Glamour Mexico<\/i>, this month’s GQ Mexico<\/i>, and next January’s Cosmopolitan Mexico<\/i>.\u00a0 Eiza is managed by Glenda Reyna of GR & EG Artist Management. At the young age of sixteen, Madison Davenport<\/b> is already an industry veteran, having acted professionally since the age of seven.\u00a0 She just wrapped production on Darren Aronofsky\u2019s biblical epic Noah<\/i>, where she shares the screen with Russell Crowe, Jennifer Connelly, Emma Watson and Anthony Hopkins. Paramount will release the film in 2014.\u00a0 On television, Madison was recently seen on NBC\u2019s Save Me<\/i> and is also known for her role on the hit Showtime series Shameless<\/i> in which she delivered a memorable performance as an abused child-bride, the fan favorite character of \u2018Ethel.\u2019\u00a0 She has guest starred on Numb3rs, Bones, ER, CSI<\/i>, House<\/i>, the pilot Close to Home<\/i>, and the TV movie Amish Grace<\/i>. Her breakout performance as \u2018Ruthie\u2019 in the HBO films release Kit Kittridge<\/i>, the first feature film in the American Girl<\/i> franchise, garnered her the Young Artist Award for Best Performance in 2009.\u00a0 She was also seen in Lionsgate\u2019s supernatural horror flick The Possession<\/i> (opposite Jeffrey Dean Morgan and Kyra Sedgwick) which hit #1 at the box office two weekends in a row.\u00a0 Born in Texas, Madison currently resides in LA with her family.<\/p>\n

A five time Young Artist Award winner and nominee, 18-year-old Brandon Soo Hoo<\/b> began his career at the age of 10 when he was featured in TV ads for Toys \u201cR\u201d Us, Land Rover and ExxonMobil. The following year, Brandon was featured in Sesame Street<\/i> and Disney Channel\u2019s What\u2019s the Word<\/i>. He made his film debut in Ben Stiller\u2019s Tropic Thunder<\/i> as Tran, earning him a Young Artist Award. In 2009, Brandon played Young Storm Shadow in G.I. Joe: The Rise of the Cobra<\/i>, earning him another nomination for a Young Artist Award. That year, he also co-starred in Ellen Gittelsohn\u2019s Chico\u2019s Kidz<\/i>. Brandon is currently featured in the film Ender\u2019s Game<\/i>, working alongside Harrison Ford, Ben Kingsley, Viola Davis, Asa Butterfield, Abigail Breslin and Hailee Steinfeld. In addition, he has been featured in numerous TV series including My Name is Earl, \u2018Til Death, Family Guy, Community<\/i> and Workaholics<\/i>. Brandon also had a recurring role in Nickelodeon\u2019s Supah Ninjas<\/i> and starred in Nick Cannon\u2019s sketch comedy series for Cartoon Network, Incredible Crew<\/i>.
