folklore is filled with stories we hear happened to “a friend of a friend.” These stories are what we call Urban Legends.
Urban Legends is also the title of the hit Syfy show that airs Monday nights at 11pm. In the clip for next week’s episode a woman named Jeannie is no stranger to hard work, but it was her husband who made millions on the stock exchange. They were living a life most can only dream of and the cash kept rolling in, but that was about to change. One night after visiting Jeannie’s uncle, her husband called to let her know he would be home soon and was only eight blocks away. After several hours he still doesn’t show. She finally gets a phone call after eight hours of him missing, but you’ll have to watch the clip and tune in Monday at 11/10c to find out who was on the other end.
