Gantz, the powerful manga series from
creator Hiroya Oku, has garnered a massive following since it debuted in 2000 and became a pillar of the action genre. Dark Horse Manga has brought Gantz to English in 37 traditional tankobon style paperback volumes, which have been collected into 12 omnibus volumes that gather multiple chapters in one. Now, the spin-off series within the Gantz universe will be collected in one volume with Gantz G Omnibus, written by Gantz creator Hiroya Oku and writer Tomohito Ohsaki, with art by Keita Iizuka, translated by Matthew Johnson, and lettered by Studio Cutie. Fans can place this collection next to their Gantz library in September 2025.
In Gantz G:
Death does not have to be the end, at least not the first time! When a school bus plunges off a bridge, another deadly game is set in motion. A group of students awaken in an empty room with a mysterious black sphere. Their deaths have made them the latest recruits in a hunting game. This new team is given weapons, uniforms, a mission, and an ultimatum: earn enough points in battle with waves of aliens to be resurrected or die permanently.
Gantz G Omnibus arrives in paperback (656 pages, 5.125” x 7.25”) at bookstores and comic shops on September 30, 2025. Pre-order now for $29.99 from TFAW, Amazon, Barnes and Noble or your local bookstore, or visit Comic Shop Locator for more details and stores near you.
