I have collected pins for as long as I 
can remember. I didn’t collect pins that were trendy or rare, though it did happen occasion, I collected what I thought looked good. I will say that the pins I collected had to look like something an in-universe character would wear. For example, I would wear an “X” pin but not one that said, “X-Men.” I guess I was doing cosplay before it was a big thing.
Now that I am an adult (I use that term loosely) I am more blatant in my cosplay but my love of pins hasn’t waned. The newest pin that I am adding to my collection is Krennic’s Imperial Navy Rank Plaque from SalesOne.
This new pin is based off of Director Orson Krennic’s rank in the new season of Andor and the second half of Rogue One-A Star Wars Story. This metal and plastic pin measures approximately 4.5 inches long and 2.25 wide. The pin is also quite hefty, weighing in at 3.4 ounces. This pin is 1:1 scale and perfect for cosplaying. This very durable pin attaches almost any article of clothing and is held in place by 3 very strong magnets. These magnets hold the pin so well that you needn’t have to worry about it just randomly popping off while you are cosplaying at a convention or you shopping at Walmart. The benefit to having magnets to attach the pin keeps your clothing from being damaged by sharp pins. Don’t get me wrong the pin can get knocked off but it takes more than just a casual bump.
I know I keep mentioning cosplay for this pin but you are not limited to just conventions. You can attach it to your denim jacket and go for a walk in the park or even attach it to a hoodie and wear it to the gym. You decide the where and when you want to share your fandom to the masses.
When you are not wearing your Rank Plaque out, the pin comes in a hinged branded box that can be used for displaying it amongst your other Star Wars collectibles. I have to say that I am impressed with this pin. I have seen other products from SalesOne but this was my first opportunity to review one of their products and it was just as well made as I expected.
