Tales of the Walking Dead consists of six
original one-hour standalone episodes focused on both new and established characters within the walker apocalypse. Each episode has its own distinct tone and point of view — but the stakes are high in each story, pushing new, indelible characters with relentless, life-threatening choices and situations. We get to see the apocalypse through different eyes, discovering more worlds, mythos, and mysteries of the Walking Dead.

ABOUT DANIEL WOHL
Born in Paris and now residing in Los Angeles, Daniel Wohl is an award-winning composer who blends electronics with acoustic instrumentation to often “surprising and provocative effect” (NPR). HIs multifaceted output ranges from intimate music for soloists to immersive electronic pieces, music for film and television, chamber ensembles, and works for large orchestra. He has received critical praise as one of his generation’s “imaginative, skillful creators” (New York Times) making music that is “beautiful…original” (Pitchfork).
Performances of his electroacoustic concert music have been held at the Broad Museum, The Brooklyn Academy of Music, MASS MoCA, the Hollywood Bowl, Carnegie Hall, The Barbican, Elb Philharmonie, Sadler’s Wells, and MoMA PS1, by orchestras such as the Cincinnati Symphony, the Los Angeles Philharmonic, Alarm Will Sound, The London Contemporary Orchestra, ensembles from the San Francisco Symphony and the Chicago Symphony Orchestra, the Bang on a Can All-Stars, and So Percussion among others. As a collaborator, Daniel has worked on projects with artists such as Jóhann Jóhannsson, David Lang, Son Lux, and Arooj Aftab. In 2023 he composed the music for the Luna Luna exhibit, a showcase of the world’s first art amusement park which was named the “art event of the year” (Independent), and featured artworks by Jean-Michel Basquiat, Keith Haring, Dali, David Hockney.
His passion for composing for visual media has led to collaborations on films, documentaries and television shows, with directors like Josephine Decker and Morgan Neville. Notable scores include Shangri-La, the Grammy-nominated docuseries on Rick Rubin, as well as HBO’s Search Party.
Among upcoming projects is a residency with the Radio Philharmonic Orchestra in Amsterdam for the 2025–26 season, which will feature the premiere of a new piano concerto written for Francesco Tristano. He is also developing new electroacoustic works for The London Contemporary Orchestra and the Ragazze Quartet, as well as a new piece for Hub New Music, supported by the Tanglewood Learning Institute, the Peabody Essex Museum, and the I-Park Foundation.
His most recent album Etat was released on Nonesuch and New Amsterdam Records in 2019. A graduate of the doctoral program at the Yale School of Music, Daniel studied primarily with composer David Lang.
ABOUT MORGAN KIBBY
Morgan Kibby is a classically trained pianist, cellist, and vocalist who began her career performing with orchestra, the San Francisco Opera, jazz ensembles, and musical theater. After graduating from the Lycée Français, she joined French band M83 as a core member—writing, singing, and touring internationally. Two acclaimed album cycles culminated in the platinum single “Midnight City”, a Grammy nomination, and headlining a sold-out Hollywood Bowl alongside tours with Depeche Mode, The Killers, and Kings of Leon.
As a songwriter and producer, Kibby has contributed to multiple Grammy-nominated and chart-topping albums for artists including Panic! At The Disco, Harry Styles, and Lady Gaga. She has released solo work under the monikers White Sea and Sue Clayton, and remixed more than 25 tracks for artists such as Lorde and The Weeknd. Her work on Panic! At The Disco’s #1 single “Hey Look Ma I Made It” earned her a BMI Pop Award.
Her first score for feature film Bang Gang in 2015 premiered to critical acclaim in the Platform competition at TIFF, and Kibby was awarded Best Original Score at Les Arcs European Film Festival. Subsequently, Kibby attended the 2016 Sundance Composer Lab and has gone on to score projects for Amazon, Netflix, Hulu, AMC, Disney, Discovery, the BBC and The CW, as well as narrative features premiering at international festivals including the official competition at Cannes.
Recent highlights include the BAFTA-shortlisted Mothering Sunday (starring Olivia Colman, Colin Firth, and Josh O’Connor), Netflix’s global #1 series The Watcher (BMI Award), Disney’s Queens ( 2 Royal Television Society Awards, Best Music), and the BAFTA-winning series Am I Being Unreasonable? Morgan also had the distinct honor of testifying in Congress on behalf of her peers regarding digital copyright law.
She is currently in post-production on a feature film for Working Title and recently completed the Audible adaptation of Pride & Prejudice starring Bill Nighy, Glenn Close, Harris Dickinson, and Marisa Abela.
