Has it really been 2 years since the last time 
there was a Motor City Comic Con? This weekend the doors of the Suburban Collection Showplace will once again be open for pop culture fans young and old. Though it was a Friday and technically a work day, fans and cosplayers showed up to let their geek flags fly.
Day one is always a slow day, giving people a chance to walk around and shop with the various vendors without feeling rushed or crushed. Personally, I enjoy the first day of a con because of the lack of crowds. Saturday is always the big day, so tomorrow will be filled with more guests, more fans, and my favorite, more cosplayers.
