The G.I. Joe Classified Series is a great line 
of action figures. I love the fact that the majority of the figures in this line are updated versions of the figures so many of us played with in the 1980s. These new figures aren’t just copies of those classics; they have been tweaked to bring them into the 21st century. One of the many things we didn’t have in the 1980s was female fighters on the frontline, but that is no longer the case.
Hasbro has released a two-figure set called the Cobra Valkyrie. As many of you know, the original Valkyrie are from Norse mythology; sent by Odin to choose which slain warriors were deserving of going to Valhalla. I don’t believe the job description of the Cobra Valkyrie agents is to seek out the worthy; I believe their job isa to make sure Cobra’s enemies are moved along to the afterlife.
The G.I. Joe Classified Cobra Valkyrie figures were originally released in 2023 and were offered on the Hasbro Pulse website. This two-pack is no longer a Pulse exclusive and can be purchased from several retailers such as Entertainment Earth, Amazon and Big Bad Toy Store.
The Cobra Valkyrie set comes with 2 figures, one African American and the other Caucasian. Standing approximately 5 inches tall and are highly poseable with multiple points of articulation:

The G.I. Joe Classified Cobra Valkyrie set retails for 54.99. Some companies will discount figures for damaged boxes so do your due diligence when picking one up. I am glad I picked these up; I really like them. I know that I have said the cliché line in past, “These will make a great addition to your collection,” but I really do think they will make a great addition.
