Dare to go back when director Mike Flanagan continues the story of Danny Torrance, 40 years after his terrifying stay at the Overlook Hotel in “The Shining” with “Doctor Sleep,” a screenplay based on the novel by Stephen King.

The Director’s Cut features nearly 30 minutes of new, alternate and extended scenes, selected by director Mike Flanagan, not seen in theaters. The Director’s Cut will be available on the Blu-ray disc and Digital in the 4K UHD Blu-ray Combo Pack and the Blu-ray editions. Continue reading →

Fans of the Avengers’ movies know that Black Widow (aka Natalia Alianovna “Natasha” Romanoff) is a trained assassin and a spy. Movie goers who haven’t read the comics know very little of her origin. We do know that she has done questionable things and that she has regrets but we don’t know how she became the master assassin and what lead to her joining S.H.I.E.L.D. Thankfully next spring there will be a Black Widow movie and we will learn more of her mysterious past.
