Fans of the Avengers’ movies know that 
Black Widow (aka Natalia Alianovna “Natasha” Romanoff) is a trained assassin and a spy. Movie goers who haven’t read the comics know very little of her origin. We do know that she has done questionable things and that she has regrets but we don’t know how she became the master assassin and what lead to her joining S.H.I.E.L.D. Thankfully next spring there will be a Black Widow movie and we will learn more of her mysterious past.
