Milan Records announces the 
release of the Original Game Soundtrack for Funcom’s Dune: Awakening, with music by award-winning composer, Knut Avenstroup Haugen.
“Composing the soundtrack for Dune: Awakening has been an epic journey—one that challenged and inspired me in equal measure,” says Haugen. “I wanted the score to reflect the depth and mystery of the lore, as well as the haunting majesty of Arrakis. The music is rich, colourful, and emotionally resonant. The orchestra—beautifully recorded at AIR Studios—along with synthesizers and a wide array of unique and amazing soloists and instruments, formed the fabric of a score full of contrasts: it’s both intimate and vast, dreamlike and raw. To contribute to the legacy of Dune in this way has been a true adventure—an experience I will always treasure.”

The Life of Chuck—Official Soundtrack digitally today, June 6 with music by Andy Grush and Taylor Newton Stewart AKA The Newton Brothers (X-Men ’97). E.V.A.- Five Points Fest and Toy Pizza Expo Bring Designer Toys to Beacon, NY!
Think you have to go to New York City or Los Angeles
to immerse yourself in the designer toy scene? Well, no longer — the infamous Five Points Festival is taking over the town of Beacon, NY! About an hour north of NYC, the town was already the home to the underground Toy Pizza Experience, and now the two events are teaming up to make a weekend to remember!
Running June 7th to June 8th at the Yard, the events will present a variety of events, including music, movies, tattoos and of course toys! Toy vendors will include the Four Horsemen, Onell Design and Plunderlings, as well as dozens of other independent toy makers! The Soundtrack from the Netflix Series 
Dept. Q, composed by 3x Emmy-winner Carlos Rafael Rivera (The Queen’s Gambit, Godless), is now available on all major digital platforms, launching in tandem with the Netflix premiere of the highly anticipated crime drama. Reuniting with acclaimed filmmaker Scott Frank, Rivera crafts a propulsive score that anchors the show’s brooding atmosphere and emotional depth.
Rivera says, “As we were getting started on Dept. Q, Scott sent me a playlist featuring bands like Flogging Molly, The Tartan Rockers, and Dropkick Murphys. There was an aggression and muscularity in that music that Scott wanted translated into our story. Alongside that, we have our main character, DCI Carl Morck – a man whose life is in free fall – so the melody of the main title keeps descending. But my favorite part of the process was that the harmonic bed was built on a set of chords Scott himself had written. It made perfect sense to connect all these ideas into what became the main title of Dept. Q.
