E.V.A.-Motor City Comic Con at the Suburban Collection Showcase
Convention season is underway and it is 
time for Motor City Comic Con. Established in 1989, Motor City has grown into a massive pop culture event for the whole family. When we arrived at the Suburban Collection Showcase we were blown away by just how many cars were in the lots and how many overflow lots were needed. Some of the lots were so far away that shuttle buses were provided to get people to the main building.

Lakeshore Records is set to release The 
Silent Service—Prime Video Original Motion Picture Soundtrack digitally today, May 17, featuring music by composer Yoshihiro Ike (Shadowverse). The tension-filled orchestral score mixes eerie, mournful strings with heavy percussion to create a forbidding backdrop to the naval thriller. The film and TV series starring Takao Osawa are streaming now on Prime Video.

The actor was as inscrutable as the iconic half-Vulcan science officer he portrayed on Star Trek, even to those close to him. Now, his son’s poignant memoir explores their complicated relationship and how it informed his views on marriage, parenting, and later, sobriety. Despite their differences, both men ventured down parallel paths: marriages leading to divorce, battling addiction, and finding recovery. Most notably, both men struggled to take the ninth step in their AA journey: to make amends with each other.

E.V.A.-Motor City Comic Con Returns to the Suburban Collection Showcase this Weekend- Friday, Saturday and Sunday
Motor City Comic Con (MC3) is Michigan’s 
largest and longest running comic book and pop culture convention since 1989, will be taking place this weekend. The event will feature some of the largest actors from television, movies, and the streaming industry, along with the most creative artists, writers, and comic book creators in the industry. Attendees can participate in various panel discussions, attractions, events, and explore various exhibitors.
