Valiant is proud to debut October’s Character Design Covers by visionary artists David Aja (Hawkeye, Immortal Iron First) and Jelena Kevic-Djurdjevic (Web of Spider-Man)!

Aja redesigned many of the characters for the publisher’s “Summer of Valiant” launch, including Archer & Armstrong, Bloodshot, and Harbinger’s own Peter Stanchek and Toyo Harada, while Djurdjevic was responsible for the the newly updated X-O Manowar. Training Simulations: Square-Enix 25th Extravaganza at PAX

Square Enix has announced the official North American 25-year celebration of Final Fantasy, one of the most groundbreaking video game franchises in history. Since its first release in 1987, Final Fantasy has won hundreds of awards and has received tremendous praise from fans around the world. The franchise titles are currently displayed in the Smithsonian American Art Museum’s “The Art of Video Games” exhibit that showcases the forty-year evolution of video games as an artistic medium. With fourteen installments of the main game and multiple sequels and spin-offs, the brand has expanded into other areas including motion pictures, anime, merchandise and publications. Vids: A Review of Cosmopolis

I am not a cineaste, nor do I claim to be. I do however; enjoy a well-made, thought provoking film that keeps me thinking for days afterwards. Cosmopolis is such a film. My friend and I saw it this recently in Montreal while there on a weekend trip, and were completely and utterly stunned by its power and profundity. From start to finish this film was the most beautiful ballet of dialogue, cinematography, direction, acting, and music that I have ever seen. Directed by auteur extraordinaire David Cronenberg this is an adaptation of the literary masterpiece by Don DeLillo. Cosmopolis had us captivated from the opening scenes . Continue reading →

Good news everyone! EA has recently announced access to the exclusive beta for Battlefield 4 to players that pre-order Medal of Honor Warfighter Limited Edition prior to the game’s launch on Oct. 23.
