The Star Wars Universe is filled with so many diverse
characters that they will never run out of ideas for new figures. The Star Wars figures from Hasbro come in 2 sizes, their Black Series Line which are approximately 6 inches tall and the Vintage Collection which are approximately 3.75 inches tall. The Vintage Collection is very nostalgic for some collector since the 3.75 was the original scale back in the 1970s. Some people prefer the 6 inch line because of the higher level of detail and poseability.
Hasbro just announced some new figures due out this fall. This release includes both Black Series and Vintage Collection figures. Included in this release is the Wampa creature from Episode 5: The Empire Strikes Back. Previously this figure was only available in a two-pack with Luke Skywalker in Hoth gear.
