Lakeshore Records announce the 
digital release today of La Bola Negra—Original Motion Picture Soundtrack featuring six tracks of original score by Barcelona-born composer and producer Raül Refree as well as “La nieve,” the Original Song by multi-platinum recording artist, Guitarricadelafuente (and co-written by Raül Refree), who makes his debut film performance in La Bola Negra. A full length album of score by Raül Refree and additional original songs appearing in the film will be released on October 16. The film by directors Javier Calvo and Javier Ambrossi (popularly known as “Los Javis”), is in theaters now in Spain beginning October 16 in the U.S. Tickets are available now.
Netflix and Fifth Season invite fans 
to step inside the world of East of Eden, the highly anticipated limited series from co-showrunners Zoe Kazan and Jeb Stuart, starring Florence Pugh, Christopher Abbott and Mike Faist. Composer Laura Karpman built the score for East of Eden around three original themes: a sweeping orchestral Home/Brothers waltz for the story’s paired generations of siblings, an unresolved four-note motif for Cathy Ames that shifts restlessly between piano and voice, and a slow-burning, hybrid electro-acoustic “Snake in the Grass” theme that mirrors the creeping nature of evil.

SHAKE YOUR BOOTY! (ORIGINAL MOTION PICTURE SOUNDTRACK) by Emmy-nominated composer NATHAN HALPERN. Available everywhere now, the album features original music written by Halpern for Sony Pictures Classics’ acclaimed dramedy starring Rinko Kikuchi. For the film, Halpern has crafted a heightened, romantic score that traces Haru’s emotional inner life through flutes, layered harps, chamber strings and samba-driven themes drawn from her ballroom world. Directed by Josef Kubota Wladyka, Ha-Chan, Shake Your Booty! premiered in the U.S. Dramatic Competition at the 2026 Sundance Film Festival, where it won the Directing Award, and arrives in theaters today.
The score from Heart of the Beast, is 
the third for director David Ayer, reflects both the danger and vastness of the external forces the protagonist faces while reaching into his most intimate emotional life. Fry incorporated a 50-piece ensemble from the London Contemporary Orchestra. Additionally, he combined cultures and traditions with Inuit, Eastern and other world-music influences. To provide an authentic, culturally specific foundation for the score, Fry brought in the award-winning Alaskan Inuit group Pamyua, whose vocalizations, Yup’ik-language singing, chanting, humming and drumming were recorded remotely. He merged these elements with ethereal vocals from the London-based choral ensemble London Voices.

Original Motion Picture Soundtrack for the film April X, featuring a score by composer Matthew Atticus Berger. Available digitally everywhere today, the album’s release coincides with the film’s worldwide theatrical debut, ahead of its U.S. premiere on October 2. The soundtrack includes the lead single “He Won’t Get Far,” featuring vocals by Amanda Achen.
