Everyone has something that they are 
interested in; sports, motorcycles, construction equipment, Barbie, Disney…the list could go on for a while. What is surprising to me is that Hallmark probably has a Keepsake Ornament for your interest, no matter what it is. I was pleasantly surprised when Hallmark started to make Star Trek ornaments in the 1990’s, but what really shocked me is when Hallmark produced ornaments for the Alien franchise. It wasn’t just a one and done, there have been several xenomorphs, the power loader and now this year Hallmark has released the dropship from James Cameron’s Aliens.

Hallmark has been producing Star 
Trek Keepsake ornaments for 35 years. The first ornament was the original U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701 which was fitting. Over the years Star Trek has been represented many times with multiple ships being released, along with ornaments of the characters and insignias. I can’t believe that I have been a collector that long.
This year there are 3 different ships available at Hallmark Gold Crown stores, the U.S.S. Cerritos from Star Trek: Lower Decks, the Galileo 7 from the episode of the same name and the U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701 G from Star Trek: Picard. The Enterprise G is the one we will be reviewing.

Hasbro Music Friday unveiled the brand-
new music video for “Nothin’s Gonna Stand in Our Way” from THE TRANSFORMERS: THE MOVIE: THE SOUNDTRACK: THE REFORMATTED EDITION, available now on all major streaming platforms and in vinyl formats. Because after 40 years, Hasbro figured the least they could do was finally press the soundtrack to vinyl.

Soundwaves: Hollywood Records Releases “Logan” from Marvel’s WOLVERINE (PlayStation 5)
Hollywood Records releases the first
single “Logan” from Marvel’s Wolverine. Following a massive debut to packed crowds at San Diego Comic-Con, the track, scored by composer David Fleming (Widow’s Bay, The Last Of Us, Superman) is now available on Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music and all major digital platforms. The full soundtrack will be released on August 28.

Soundwaves: The Christophers Original Motion Picture Soundtrack Music by David Holmes
A mainstay of the London art scene since 
his starry breakout in the creative explosion of the 1960’s, Julian Sklar (Ian McKellen) has drifted into a cluttered, self-imposed seclusion. His two estranged children (James Corden, Jessica Gunning) enlist Lori (Michaela Coel), a young painter and sometime-forger, to pose as a prospective assistant and gain access to a fabled series of unfinished canvases Julian has buried deep in his home studio, in a deceptive bid to secure an inheritance for themselves.
