Long before superhero movies were main-stream; 
a time when comics were only for little kids and adults who still lived with their parents, I was a big Captain America fan. I don’t know what it was about Cap, but whenever we played Marvel superheroes, I wanted to be Captain America. I remember being quite impressive with a metal garbage pail lid. Safe to say I am a fan. Soundwaves: The Dune Sketchbook Music from the Soundtrack
WaterTower Music has released The Dune Sketchbook
(Music from the Soundtrack), the first of three separate album releases of music from and in celebration of Warner Bros. Pictures and Legendary Pictures’ “Dune,” the highly-anticipated adaptation of Frank Herbert’s seminal bestselling book from Academy Award-nominated filmmaker Denis Villeneuve (“Arrival,” “Blade Runner 2049”). All three albums feature the music of legendary composer Hans Zimmer (Interstellar, Inception, Gladiator, Dark Knight Trilogy), and this album is being released in conjunction with the film’s Sept 3 world premiere at the 78th Venice International Film Festival of La Biennale di Venezia, directed by Alberto Barbera. The film was scheduled to open around the world beginning September 15, and in the U.S. on October 22 in theaters and on HBO Max. Continue reading
