This deluxe edition boxed set gathers the official graphic novel continuation of the hit animated series, featuring the complete stories of The Promise, The Search, The Rift, Smoke and Shadow, and North and South. The boxed set features a beautifully designed slipcase with gold foil highlights and includes an exclusive portfolio containing a lithograph of Team Avatar for display. Each of the five hardcover volumes in the set has an exposed spine. The comics are written by Gene Luen Yang (Shang Chi), with art and colors by Gurihiru (Gwenpool), and lettered by Michael Heisler (Star Wars: Knights of The Old Republic).

Lakeshore Records is set to release Nickel 
Boys—Original Motion Picture Soundtrack in special vinyl edition with an original score by composers Alex Somers and Scott Alario. The Oscar-nominated film features an ethereal and often dissonant score that augments the intense storyline and striking stylistic elements of the film based on Colson Whitehead’s novel The Nickel Boys. The album pressed on “Metallic Gold” vinyl features a full color insert and will be available April 25.
Based on the Pulitzer Prize-winning novel by Colson Whitehead and inspired by real-life events, Nickel Boyschronicles the powerful friendship between two Black teenagers who become wards of a juvenile reformatory in Florida. In breakout performances that cut to the bone, Ethan Herisse and Brandon Wilson play Elwood and Turner, whose close bond helps sustain their hope even as truths unfold around them at the Nickel Academy.

Motor City Comic Con (MC3), Michigan’s 
largest and longest running comic book and pop culture convention since 1989, will be hosting their bi-yearly convention May 16-18, 2025, at the Suburban Collection Showplace in Novi. Motor City Comic Con is pleased to announce that Jeremy Renner, the legendary Hawkeye from the Marvel Cinematic Universe, will be attending Motor City Comic Con this May. Renner brought the master archer to life in the Avengers films and Disney+’s Hawkeye, becoming a fan-favorite in the superhero world. A two-time Academy Award nominee, he earned critical acclaim for his performances in The Hurt Locker (Best Actor) and The Town (Best Supporting Actor). Beyond the MCU, he’s starred in Mission Impossible – Ghost Protocol, Mayor of Kingstown, and Arrival.
