Hard Copy: Star Trek 50 Artists 50 Years From Titan Books
Star Trek is going to turn 51 this year. Though the
original series only lasted 3 seasons it didn’t die or fade away; it was syndication that was its life support. Those original 79 episodes were rerun all over the world and the fan base grew. It is amazing that between the movies and all of the television incarnations there are approximately 546.25 hours of Star Trek for fans to enjoy(According to Cliff Gilley, movie buff on Quora). Equipment: McFarlane Beams Aboard Star Trek License Includes Original Series and New Star Trek: Discovery
McFarlane Toys has signed a toy license deal with 
CBS Consumer Products to create figures, role play weapons and accessories for the new Star Trek: Discovery television series. In addition, McFarlane Toys will also create merchandise from the entire Star Trek universe, ranging from the iconic classic television series Star Trek: The Original Series to the legendary films.
The initial line will highlight two of the most iconic characters in the Star Trek universe with articulated 7-inch figures of U.S.S. Enterprise Captain James T. Kirk from Star Trek: The Original Series and U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701-D Captain Jean-Luc Picard from Star Trek: The Next Generation. These figures will debut in window box collector packaging and feature iconic accessories such as phasers and communicators.
