Toy Fair 2014 is behind us and ahead of us, are mountains of glo
rious goodies that make the 12 year old inside drool. Back when I went to Toy Fair that first time, I had envisioned that it would be akin to Santa’s workshop. It is nothing like the workshop at the North Pole…it is better. Because Toy Fair is so massive I have had to pick and choose where I stop. Since I am someone who loves action figures, the McFarlane booth draws me back year after year. Equipment: Captain Action Takes on DC Comics with Batman, Superman and More!
When I hit Toy Fair 2014 I knew I had to see the guys from Captain Action.
I have a really soft spot in my heart for Captain Action since when I was a kid I “inherited” my cousin Anthony’s Captain Action collection. Today, Captain Action is the only fully poseable 12 inch action figure that is affordable. Most 12 inch figures of similar design are priced out of the range for the casual collector or for the person (like me) who plays with their toys. Continue reading
