Sometimes I can’t believe that The Mighty Morphin’ 
Power Rangers are still going strong. I guess that the reason they have endured is because the Power Rangers has a little something for everyone. The show featured battles between colossal robots and giant creatures, highly choreographed martial arts fights and a wee bit of teen angst thrown in for good measure. Seriously, when I was a kid a giant bowl of sugary cereal and hours of cartoons was a perfect Saturday. Continue reading

Equipment: Hasbro Announces New Star Wars Figures for the Black Series and the Vintage Collection
The Star Wars Universe is filled with so many diverse
characters that they will never run out of ideas for new figures. The Star Wars figures from Hasbro come in 2 sizes, their Black Series Line which are approximately 6 inches tall and the Vintage Collection which are approximately 3.75 inches tall. The Vintage Collection is very nostalgic for some collector since the 3.75 was the original scale back in the 1970s. Some people prefer the 6 inch line because of the higher level of detail and poseability. Continue reading

Yesterday was Hasbro Marvel Fan First Tuesday
where Hasbro reveals what new products will soon be hitting the shelves. This week’s reveal included the Marvel Legends Series Hellfire Club Collection and some X-Men multi-packs from the X-Men movies and comic books. The one figure that I cannot wait to have in person would be the “old man” Hawkeye. The head sculpts are amazing. Actually all of the figures look great. Now we just have to wait until the fall.
