I had been a bit apprehensive about watching 
the latest incarnation of Star Trek, Star Trek: Discovery; a new Trek is a prequel set 10 years before Kirk commanded the Enterprise. Two of the things that made me question the direction of this new series were the introduction of a new type of drive called a Spore Drive and the introduction of Spock’s adoptive sister. Neither of these things have ever been spoken of before and yet they suddenly appeared.

today the early 2019 release dates of the 4K Ultra HD Combo Pack, the Blu-ray Combo Pack, the DVD Special Edition and Digital versions of the critically acclaimed box office hit “A Star Is Born.” The 4K UHD, Blu-ray and DVD editions will be available to consumers on February 19, or fans can own it early on Digital on January 15.
