Vids: Mad Max Anthology To Be Released on 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray and Digital HD on November 16th (Revised)
Warner Bros. Home Entertainment announced 
that The Mad Max Anthology, featuring 1979’s acclaimed post-apocalyptic action film Mad Max, 1981’s Mad Max The Road Warrior, 1985’s Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome and 2015’s Mad Max Fury Road will be released together on 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray Combo Pack and Digital HD on November 16th. Created by George Miller and Byron Kennedy, Miller directed or co-directed all four films. Mel Gibson starred as Max Rockatansky in the first three films and Tom Hardy took over the lead role in the fourth film. Additionally Mad Max The Road Warrior and Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome will also be available individually in 4K, joining Mad Max and Mad Max Fury Road which are already available in 4K.

When I first saw the press release celebrating 
20th anniversary of Captain America, I was completely confused. Captain America made his debut in 1941 so it wasn’t the right anniversary. Then I thought about the Marvel movies and how many people love those films. The first movie in the MCU was Iron Man and that came out in 2008. Captain America: The First Avenger premiered in 2011. The Star Wars Black Series line from Hasbro is 
my favorite thing to collect. I like the poseability and the quality of the sculpts which makes them both fun to play with, while also being attractive enough to display on a shelf. That works for both the openers and the in box collectors. As for me, I am an opener. I think it is a waste to keep everything mint in package, but that is just me. My favorite thing to do with my Black Series figures is action figure photography. I have found that Stormtroopers make the best subjects and are quite photogenic. The real truth is that the joints do not stand out in photos thus making the Stormtroopers look real. So basically, every time Hasbro releases a new trooper I have to pick it up for troop building.
