We do a fair amount of reviews throughout
year for the fine folks over at Diamond Select Toys so it is always great to see what new things will soon be available. I did notice that there were a larger number of statues and busts in the booth this year. I’m not sure if it was my imagination or that there really were more since Diamond acquired Gentle Giant. Not talking bad about them, it was just an observation. The statues and busts are highly detailed and are beautiful. Continue reading

Equipment: Bloodshot Action Figure from McFarlane Toys-Review
I have to admit I don’t know much about 
the character of Bloodshot. All I really know is that Bloodshot is part of the pantheon of heroes belonging to Valiant Comics and the first of these characters to get their own motion picture. Speaking of Valiant Comics, you may not have heard of the company but it was started by Jim Shooter (from Marvel) back in 1989. The company and characters have loyal fans and they have waited a long time for these characters to be shown some love.

Equipment: Hasbro at Toy Fair 2020
It should come as no surprise that the hot 
ticket invite at Toy Fair has to be Hasbro showroom. Just prior to Toy Fair 2020 Hasbro renewed their arrangement with Disney which should keep us in Marvel Legends and Star Wars toys for the foreseeable future. I was happy when I heard the news but I was happier about the return of my childhood favorite, G.I. Joe. The Joe team will be 6 inches tall, joining the popular Black Series scale. Continue reading
