Like many others of my generation I grew up with
Lynda Carter as Wonder Woman. She was amazing. To me she was everything that Wonder Woman was supposed to be: beautiful, strong and intelligent. Because I felt she was the quintessential Amazon princess I didn’t care that there was going to be a new Wonder Woman. Frankly, I didn’t have high hopes for the new movie, not because Lynda Carter wasn’t there, but because live action DC hero movies have always been disappointing. I am so glad I was wrong. Vids: Wonder Woman from Warner Home Video…Movie Review
Equipment: Funko Keeps the Cute Factor Going. Check out the Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 Dorbz
Funko seems to want to corner the market on cute.
Their Pop figure line is like vinyl crack for collectors. Once they start collecting they can’t seem to stop. Seriously, years from now I can see support groups set up in the basement of churches for this affliction. Some guy in an Avengers t-shirt standing in front of a smoke filled room, “Hi my name is Steve and I am addicted to Pop figures.” I think part of the appeal is that they are not just cross genre they are also cross generational. There are Pops for movies, TV, sports and video games making it so they are able to reach almost any fandom. Funko has now upped the cute factor with their other line of collectibles called Dorbz. Transmissions: Star Trek: Discovery Review
I need to preface this review by I saying that I do
not deal well with change. Change however, isn’t the issue. Know that I am a Star Trek fan. According to my father I have been watching Star Trek since I was 3. I love Star Trek. I am the proud owner (and wearer) of several uniforms and I have a large storage box filled with phasers, tricorders and communicators from every show. I can recite movies and episodes from memory and even identify the movies from the music. I am not just a casual fan. That being said I must address the newest incarnation of my beloved Star Trek, a show called Star Trek: Discovery.
Caution: SPOILERS AHEAD
Equipment: Hallmark Keepsake Ornament Batcopter Landing at Gold Crown Stores
Batman is probably one of the most recognizable superheroes
in the world. And aside from being the most recognizable he is also, in my opinion, the coolest. He isn’t the coolest because he is rich, good looking and suave; he is the coolest because he has the coolest toys. The Batman who was the epitome of cool was the great Adam West. His Batman was able to fight crime on land, sea and air with the help of his vehicles. Continue reading

The One:12 line from Mezco is absolutely amazing.
